I'm just pricing up for a CRM/SPM implementation and I wanted to get a bit of feedback from anyone who is more experienced with this module as we don't currently use it inhouse. They are only having the SPM module, ie no helpdesk, service contracts etc so hopefully it should be fairly straightforward. It's currently a 15 user Opera II site of which I expect only a couple will probably be CRM users plus another 3 SPM remote users who will be totally new to Opera II.
I was thinking of the following for implementation, what do you think please?
Installation: 1 day
Configuration: 2 days
Training: 1 day (could be train the trainer or classroom session for 3-5 users)
