PO Attachments

I was asked by one of the buyers if it was possible to attached documents to PO's (quotes). Does anyone currently do this?

Unless you have a third party document management system like Avaap's Attachit or MHC's Image Express about the best you can do add a link to the document in the PO attachments. Right click on the PO number and select "Attachments" then expand the "Url" folder and under "Purchase Order Header Attachments" you can add the link to the file. If the file exists on your company's shared drive change http:// to file:// followed by the full path for the document. Buyers will still have to drill around to get to the attachment rather than have a link on the PO20 screen like a third party can provide.
