Is a URL interface available for SS & SCM , just as you can do IPA administration by url and not use

I am digging through my documentation now, but if any has a quick answer, I would appreciate it. We are on LSF 9.01.12 and federated with Landmark 10.0.4. Our power users use the RC for some administrative tasks of SS & SCM. Thank you.
