Memo file seqforms.fpt is missing or invalid

Hi, we have a couple of sites that are experiencing the above error message several times a day - has anyone come across this much?
Both sites are just using standard Opera then all of a sudden a user gets this message. We've ran the E41 fix to no avail, fox fix, zapping the table etc....then we allow them back in & 30 mins later, another user user gets this error.
As far as we can see the AV is completely excluding all Opera files, volume shadow copy is disabled & no online backups are taking pace etc. Its just really strange that this has started to happen on two different sites. The second site has explained that their screen can be just sat there & the message appears?!?!? (Not sure how true this is though
Many thanks
James

What are the Server OS and client OS's ?

Hi James, we get this on one of our servers when connecting on to do remote work. None of the clients on the lan have ever seen the message so I don't think there is anything wrong with the data. I would start looking at the clients, I assume it's a permission issue at the client end.

The main server is Win 2012 R2, with around 6 client PC’s attached all based at Dundee. There is a Terminal Server, which is Win2008 R2 were 6 users use Opera from Glasgow & it seems to be this where the errors appear. One user called Kayleigh experiences these messages around 5 times a day. We initially thought it was just her, so we replaced everything to do with her (Opera user, windows profile, etc), but then gradually it came to light that other TS users get it, but only now & then, not as frequent. Their IT people have replaced her PC, even though I knew that wouldn’t do anything. Effectively they’re all using the same Opera client, on the same box. We’re baffled!

I would ensure that the Enterprise Hotfix Rollup is installed on the 2008 R2 server.

We "think" we have resolved this!!!!!!
We instructed the IT people to exclude from their Antivirus..........
Clients:
C:UsersAll UsersPegasus
C:Program Files (x86)Pegasus
C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesPegasus Shared
C:ProgramDataPegasus
Server:
D:PegasusOPERAII
But, we didnt instruct them to exclude the UNC paths as well - sounds **** I know, but we didnt realise that these also needed to be included!!! THanks for all the input on this
Regards
