Landmark and LPA install issues

I don't see a group specifically for Landmark and/or LPA, so entering a thread here. Have installed Landmark 10.0.3CU12 on a Windows machine, and it is coupled to a Unix (AIX) environment that is LSF901ESP10. Mostly working, but having a few issues. In particular, the install of an LPA instance is not going well at all. The app will not start in WebSphere and I see messages possibly related to the virtual host. Apparently something in my setup is not quite right. Can anyone discuss how I might get past this?

I probably won't be much help right now since our IPA upgrade to v10 is a few weeks out. Our landmark upgrade will also be in the near future. Currently our landmark is v9.2.2.3. We do use both of those apps but on a windows environment.
