we have received 3 new Dell Vostro 220 Core2 Quad with 2 GB of ram Windows XP Pro SP3. after installing Visual as we normally do for all of our clients we notice the Tooltips on toolbar icons within VISUAL are slow to fade in/out. this causes delays when we click on the toolbar icons and buttons which decreases the productivity of our user. we already have windows set to best performance so that the fade in and out should not happen but we have noticed that this does not control what Visual does.
has anyone seen this problem? i really need help since Infor did not have a solution and sent me here to find one.
