GHX problem with invoices not loading

Hi all,
I am need of some assistance to understand GHX so if someone who uses it could please provide assistance it would be GREATLY appreciated.
We have been using GHX since August of 2014 and have had many problems. The biggest problem that we have is the error message - NOT FOUND FOR COMPANY - we have addressed this numerous times and it is still not resolved. If anyone has had similar issues and know of a solution, please let me know. Thanks.
