Sharepoint Maintenance Requirements

We are in the planning stages of our upgrade to v10, which will bring with it the Sharepoint component. We're interested in what others are experiencing with Sharepoint. What are the maintenance requirements? Do you have an experienced Sharepoint resource in house? How much time are you spending on monitoring / maintaining Sharepoint? Did you go for Sharepoint specific training? If I were to tell you those of us responsible for Lawson's maitenance have absolutely no Sharepoint background or experience, what would you recommend regarding training, etc?

Hello, Regarding your previous request for information on Sharepoint training recommendations....Did you ever get any information on what Sharepoint training is required to support Lawson V10? We are at that point now, and I would like to know whether I need to find some kind of Sharepoint training. Thank you
