MSCM Upgrade on Hand Helds

I use MSCM on a Honeywell 9700 with Windows 6.5 OS. I am wanted to upgrade MSCM to the latest version. We are running on two version (CEOS 5.2.21876 and CEOS 5.2.23127). I am just wondering how to do it and how to get the latest version possible.

Side Note: Does anyone know if there is a program that I can use to access the hand helds from my desk to program them instead of having them in front of me?
