How do we get the employee's Address Line 2 to show up on the W2?

I swear we had done this before but I can't see where to do it.

We have lots of them that are produced with out any problem. What process are you using to generate the output? CSV to 3rd party or print format on pre printed pages?
Is the city/state/zip on the line following the address or is there a blank line between the two?

Are you using the home address or the supplemental address? I believe the supplemental address only includes line 1.

We are using the supplemental address and it looks like a double-space between name/address line1/citystatezip
unknown
We use MHC to print ours out and if you do as well, there is an option on the MISC tab to suppress blank address lines. Perhaps that's all it is?
