Report for Position/Job Changes, old vs new information

I have used the pa340 but it is not in a format that is easy to use and match up with other information....it create multiple lines per employee.
Does anyone have a report that they have created that matchs old and new position codes? Would you be willing to share?

We do a lot of our reporting uising HR65 and HR170. The HR65.1 type is H and detail topic HR History. We then select on HR65.7 and HR65.8 from the log date or beginning date and the field name. You can get the previous value and the current value of most fields.
