Weighted Pay Code "W" for averaging hourly pay

Has anyone tested this successfully? I set everything up per the KB and the enhancement guide and testing in DEV901 I get an error when trying to add CA Paid Sick Time to a PR35.2 record of "ERR:EE 39002 not in plan, CAPL". The employee is in the plan and has available time to use. I opened a ticket with Velocity our service provider and they had to pass this on to INFOR, this began on 06/25 it is now 07/07 and still no feedback on the error. Curious if anyone else has tested?
