Electronic W-2s

If you have electronic w-2s, where did you place the link inside of Lawson S3 Employee Self Service? We would like to direct employees to ESS to get their W-2s.

We put it under the Pay bookmark in ESS.

Is that just a link to a third party vendors site for W-2's ?

We used MHC Software's Document Self Service. It is installed on a server here and the ESS bookmark is a link to it.

We are going to be using MHC as well.

We put it under the Pay bookmark in ESS. We also put a link on a Pay dashboard module in LBI.

Do you provide electronic W-2c's through MHC as well? Do you use a 3rd party to file and pay your taxes or pay them in house?
