Has Anyone ever seen this Kiosk problem??

Good day... We are on Visual manufacturing 7.0. Everything was working well until one morning when we logged into a kiosk machine to VTA, I am getting error in VTA "There is no row at position 96"... It shows up in the bottom right corner in red,

Controls
And jobs are not showing up. It's like the area where the jobs would normally show up in controls build is shrunken from a box to a thin line. We have been at it for close to 3 weeks with infor support, updated to the latest patches (Dec27) without going to SP3, reinstalling VTA and setting up exchange between the databases all over again. The workaround provided is causing another pile of work, or rather another hole in the boat to try and plug....
