ACA Offers - Cost being displayed as $0.00 in error

I ran the BN729/BN529 and the cost is being listed as $0.00 - we have no plans with $0 cost. Am I missing something in the set up?

The priority, offer code & safe harbor code are set up at the plan level on BN15.3.

We have the same issue, it happened when we ran a BN729 but also occurrs we run a BN100. I have submitted a ticket on this issue and I'm waiting for a resolution. Please submit a ticket so that Infor knows there are more than one customer with this issue.

I had the same issue. $0.00 employee cost. We waited while a fix was written. We are applying CTP 108552 tonight in our TEST environment to see if this is resolved.

I was excited when I reran the BN729 after the CTP was installed, only to see that the first employee had a cost and nobody else, which is wrong. Sent notes back to support to tell them it wasn't resolved.
