Visual Enterprise on a Virtual Server

i am interested in if Visual Enterprise would run on a VMWare virtual server. we are looking into consolidating our servers and was wondering if this would be possible.

I have used both MS Virtual Server and VMWare to host VE Application Servers quite effectively offering apps via RDP and Citrix... Note: Not recommended for the server that hosts the database (SQLBASE, SQL Server , Oracle)
