I have not found a way to create a report of all of form/reports/file etc in a Lawson Security Class in the Lawson new secuirty. Does anyone do this?

I am afraid that the Security Reporting is somewhat incomplete.
The only way to find ALL data for any Role is to define the Role by User (I have created a Test User) and create a User Security Report.
This will give you all relevant data, by Role, which I then have to enter into a formatting tool, in order to get a reasonable report.

We have some custom reports that are helpful. I checked with one of our former sys admins who was instrumental in the development of the reports and this was her response.
I no longer have a login to the Infor site. If you would like to respond, the key to getting meaningful reports from Lawson Security is extracting the data from LDAP. This could be accomplished any number of ways, depending on the skillsets available in their IT Department. Once the data is out, a variety of things can be done to make it relational, even if that's as simple as dumping it into MS Access. Once it's in a relational database, reporting is easy.
Before you can extract the data, you have to be very familiar with Lawson's LDAP structure and where the different items are stored. I used an LDAP browser to figure this out and documented what was important for us to extract. We then hired an outside vendor to handle the extraction through a script that runs nightly and pulls the data we want into a custom SQL Server database. We wrote several views against the database to further massage the data into the format we wanted. Our reports are then distributed through Sharepoint.
Hope this helps.

IT is being asked to automate Lawson Security Reporting on a quarterly basis. I know Lawson Security doesn't have automation for that, but that perhaps ProcessFlow can query LDAP for the same data (Roles, security classes, rules etc) and present it in an Excel spreadsheet. Our users would be fine doing their own filtering or cleaning up. Has anyone used ProcessFlow to simulate Lawson Security reports and would be willing to share an example flow? Thank you!

We took the approach of extracting the data into SQL Server database. We are using SSIS solution. We then have developed custom SSRS report using the data from LDAP and Lawson tables. It did take a bit to build the relationships.
