PR287 Job & Creating Quarterly 941 Forms

Does anyone use the PR287 to create their quarterly 941 forms? If so, how do you use this report? For example, transfer the information manually to a paper from or PDF form? Use the csv files to upload to another program to created the printable form? Other? We currently complete our 941 forms manually each quarter and are researching methods of using Lawson to create the forms without double entry. Thank you.

Hi Saundra,
I asked our tax person and she says that she runs the PR287 to compile her data, and uses it to file online, which we pay a small fee to do. I think she said it is around $5 per form, and we file for about 9 PLs.
