IC191 Audit Report-Expand Field Size for Operator WindowsNT

We have found during testing for our v10 upgrade that the IC191 the operator field is only 10 characters, the first 8 of which are always the Domain when on WindowsNT operating system.
Support suggested I enter an enhancement request, which I have done.

If anyone else sees this as an Audit Controls issue where you can't determine who changed the data, please upvote my request.
