PA49 key to overriding messages in add-ins

We would like to automatically add employee tests to PA49 using add-ins. Some of the people we will be adding are not in the eligibility criteria group. Do you know how we can override this message in add-ins? Employee doesn't meet elig criteria; press OK to continue | Employee or applicant test does not exist
