Process Flow to add attachments or URL links

Hi.

I'm investigating using process flow (v 9.0.1) to see if it can be used to add a url to the HR11 screen for a particular employee. The url would just point to a pdf document stored on the server. I'm hoping there is an invoke already created and I don't have to create one from scratch.

What do you mean by "add a url to the HR11 screen"? Processflow doesn't have the ability to modify forms.

We do not have HR but we do what you are asking for AR, AP, GL, LM, AM etc...We use the WebRun node in PFI or IPA. YOu will have to do some investigation to find out what table you need to use for HR and build the string. Here is ours for GL

Lawson provides a mechanism for allowing to add free text comments, url, e-mail addresses to specific objects (invoices, employees, vendors, etc). You access these attachments/urls by right clicking on the object in question and selecting "attachments". See screesnhot.... I would like create new url/comment attachments via process flow.
