Talent Manager version 11 vs. 10.2

Hi. We're getting ready to upgrade TM from 10.1.0.11. I've heard version 11, which just came out is a better performer by far, but we're concerned about moving to 11, since it is so new.
Anyone else on 11 yet? If you're on 10.2, can you tell me if performance is better than 10.1?

We are on 10.2 and performance is not better than 10.1. We probably will not be going to 11 anytime soon.

HI. What are the modules that you use in LTM because we are also thinking of upgrading to 10.2 and then eventually to 11?

We're using TM - goals, performance and compensation...soon to implement Talent Acquistion.

Is anyone concerned about the maintenance dates? None specified at this time for 10.2, but they have a pattern of every 2 years.
