1095-C Home vs Supplemental Address

Does anyone know how we can get the BN297 file to use the Supplemental Address rather than Home Address? For W2's it is set up on PR27 each year, but I can not seem to find a setting anywhere or any report parameters to use the supplemental address.

I'm looking at this also; it does seem like they need a BN27.2 "Other Option" for this.

Hi Pete,

Yes they do.. I did open an incident and they informed me there is currently not an option available for this, said they were making their development team aware, and asked that I also open an enhancement request. (Which I did) Hopefully, that will be in the works sooner than later!

FYI .. development is working on a solution for this enhancement. The option will be a BN27.1 parameter; Topic: R4 - Employer Other Options - Field: 3004 -Employee Address Format. It should be available in the near future.

Make sure the EIN is not only set up on PR06.1, but also on PR06.2 (Additional EIN) found at the bottom of PR06.1.

Ours was not set up on PR06.2 and would not print. Once we updated that it worked.

Thanks, let me try that. We have pr06.1 but not pr06.2.
