RQC issue

Has anyone see an issue in RQC where the accounting units default to something other than what is on the template? We are on Lawosn version 9.0.1 MSP 10 and RQC version 10.00.04.08.181. Our Maintenance staff login in to RQC and place an order. Maintenance purchases bulbs, screws, etc for all departments and templates built to charge the department's accounting unit and not maintenance. Once user hits PRINT button, can see that the Maintenance accounting unit is defaulted and not what was on the template.

Check then accounting hierarchy defined in PO01.4 for the accounting unit. You may have another source set up above the template line.

Assuming there's no committed agreement in the way, does the template have participants and are the maintenance staff a participant?

Yes the templates have participants and yes Maint is a participant. If we order from the RQ10, we don't have an issue. Just via RQC.

Would it be possible to see the drill down on the req line detail for one of the problem lines? And a screen capture of the template line?
