Lawson - Human Resources Customer Community [READ ONLY]

We have employees that have decline plans for the full year. Lawson is showing the offer code and safe harbor codes correct but part III is incorrect. Part III has check "X" for all 12 months when clearly bn32.1 is showing a decline plan. Anyone else having this issue?
