Drill around via recsum.htm only showing Req Header and Req Detail - NOT comments

We are moving from LSF 9.0.1.13 with LPA to LSF 9.0.1.13 with IPA 10.1.1

When creating a requisition for the REQ_APPROVAL service/pflow, we are using a slightly modified version of recsum.htm

The Drill around is working but only showing ReqHeader and Req Detail.
I have added comments for each type available thru RQ10.

But they do not show in the drill around.

Anyone seen this issue?

We don't have that issue with recsum.htm, but, we do have an issue. We believe we need a 10.0.5 version of recsum to match our RQC. However, we cannot find it on the available download pages.
