Opera II Stock Screen update PO Qty.

Hi All,
I have a site that has over 30 opera users and we have noticed that the PO Qty is not updated all the time. Various people put up Purchase Orders but when the Purchase Manger check's the outstanding PO Qty on the Stock Screen sometimes the PO Qty is not correct.
I have been in contact with Pegaus and the client does have various Bespokes but the only test i can do off site is on a stand alone installation.
I am inclined to point towards the fact that someone still has a stock screen open and this is why its not updating automatically.
If any of you have come accross this issue before i would love to be able to confirm that its happening because of users not loging out and not an issue with Pegasus Opera II.
Also to note that when i run the PO Reorganise the stock screen is updated correctly.
