Printer Not Activated error 30 on a PC with Office 2016
unknown
We've got a customer who can print emails (P.Orders) via Office 2013 without error, but, on another PC with Outlook 2016 as part of Office 365 they get the printer not activated message.
Any ideas/suggestions as to whether this is an Office problem or could it be something else?
Thanks
Ken

Had this a few times lately. Here's the routine that worked each time:
Turn on 'Keep PDF printer' in OperaII - System - Utilities - System Preferences. Uninstall OperaII client from Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs. Delete the 'c:program filespegasusclient VFP' folder on the workstation Run CCleaner to clean up temporary files Remove the 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwarePegasusClient VFP' sub-key (and all sub-keys) from the registry if it exists. Remove the 'Opera II PDF printer' if it still exists in the Control Panel - Printers & Faxes folder. Remove the printer driver (see separate section below). Stop the Print Spooler service from the Services window - available from the Administrative Tools section of the Control Panel. Remove the acpdf*.dll and pdfui*.dll files from the %systemroot%System32SpoolDriversw32x86 folder and all sub-folders. For example, in v4.03.00, the versions of these DLLs are acpdf210.dll and pdfui210.dll. Note that these files will exist in more than one directory beneath here - all acpdf*.dll files and all pdfui*.dll files need to be removed from this directory and it's subdirectories. Reboot the workstation Ensure the Print Spooler service has started. Reinstall OperaII client by running Setup.exe from the Client SetupExe folder on your server. The PDF printer is automatically installed.
The removal of the printer driver differs for Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 2008 machines from those of their predecessors. [edit] Windows XP, 2003 and predecessors
In the Printers & Faxes, choose the File menu's Server Properties option. In the new window, click on the Drivers tab and Remove all references to the Amyuni printer drivers. Note that you will be unable to remove these printers should the drivers be in use by an existing printer driver - so remove the printers first & redo this step if necessary. Close the dialogue when complete & exit Printers & Faxes. [edit] Windows Vista, 7 and 2008
Go to the start button and run mmc. From the File menu choose Add/Remove Snap-In. Add the Print Management snap-in and click the Add the Local Server button in the next dialogue. Expand the tree to see this workstation and enter the Drivers to see the list of drivers on the right-hand pane. Right-click the printer in the list and choose Remove this driver.

Hi,
We've got the same issue with someone on Opera 2, When I look in the folder "%systemroot%System32SpoolDriversw32x86" there are no such files.
I ran through the rest of the idea above and it didn't resolve the issue.
Pegasus Support confirmed that its 1st qtr that its does for testing (Office 2016).
We've decided to reinstall office 2013 to resolve this issue.
