Badge/ID card software/equipment

We are exploring replacing our existing badge making system soon. Our existing system does not integrate with Lawson/Infor so we have not successfully imported our employee photos into Employee/Manager Self-Service. Our current upgrade will include adding non-employees (contractors/volunteers/temps) into our system so photos become more important.

I'd like to ask if anyone has any recommendations for a badge system that works well with Lawson/Infor or warnings on any to stay away from (and why).
