Lawson Portal without Mingle

We're in the process of testing our Lawson 10 upgrade. Mingle adds nothing for us except more overhead and complexity. We know we can access Portal directly. Is there any reason not to use the direct URL to Portal?

Because Infor/Lawson will not support your application issues if you do not run through Ming.le

You may also want to look at the contextual apps, like Req to Payment, if you are using Suppy Chain and AP. Our users are excited about these which you can only get running through Ming.le.
