We have just transitioned from S3 to GHR. We are trying to complete our new hires that were processed in our old applicant system by doing a GHR upload for Hire Resource.

Does anyone have a GHR Hire Resource Template that they are willing to share?

Hi,

We also recently moved to GHR and had an acquisition shortly after go-live. If you can use the conversion programs that is definitely the way to go! Infor Spreadsheet Designer works well with smaller volumes. That said we used the attached template to Hire Resources after our go-live. Some things to consider:

1. Any job or position defaults may not need entered on the hire action.
2. Use state or value depending on your data mapping.
3. If you have custom fields on your hire resource action, you'll want to add them to this template.
4. Our Hire Resource action approves automatically, but depending on volume this may slow down other transactions.
5. There are several fields we don't use that wouldn't be on this template, but they are easy enough to find/add through the upload properties in ISD.
