LTM - Grievance and Discipline (Templates)
We are implementing INFOR 10.2, and we have come to the Employee Relations module and trying to find the best usage of this module.
We were hoping this product would give us even more consistency in the issuance of disciplinary action, and that we would be able to use our current templates in the system that basically give the managers verbiage to use on desired behaviors, consequences, policy reference, etc (to which they then plug in additional information such as reason for corrective action, dates, detailed information regarding what happened). Further, we would like for the templates to change per the level of disciplinary action being issued.
It doesn't seem that the system has capability to set up any kind of templates, let alone any templates that can then be triggered by the disciplinary action selected.
How are others using this product? Has anyone had templates set up in the system?
