IC12 Material Safety Data Sheet information tracking

Just curious if anyone is populating the IC12 information for Material Safety Data Sheet and how it is working. We are being tasked to be a gate keeper on new items coming in and their SDS information. I do not have a good idea where to start for RQC Special items, but thought the IC12 might help for I and N items. Any information you could share about whether you track SDS information in Infor or not and how is apprecitated.
