BSI and all CAPS (Upper case) with addresses

Is it necessary to use all CAPS for addresses in order for BSI to correctly pull taxes?
We are in the implementation process and are trying to understand what is really needed for address entry.

No, our Lawson employee addresses are in upper/lower

No, but you should scrub them through the website below to get the correct postal address recognized by BSI. Good luck. We still have about 10% that won't verify at all.
