Paying Expats - by wire transfer

We have a large number of expats on our payroll. Our expats include both US citizens and citizens of other countries. The majority of our non-US staff are requesting to be paid by wire transfer as their salaries are being deposited into financial institutions outside the US. Just wondering if any other users pay by wire transfer and what processes are you using. Does anyone store the banking details in Lawson HRIS.
