History Corrections

I am new to the HRIS position. I can not find any working instructions for a PA correction. We have had staff changes and now some terming staff have 3 or more terminations listed in the Personnel Action History. I have tried to reverse the action, move it to history, and or delete the action.

Does someone have the instructions that can help me clean up the multiple actions and correct the history?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Do you have a recent copy of the Personnel Administration User Guide? Chapter 15 covers history corrections.

Additionally, if you search the knowledge base using "special processing history correction" you'll get multiple articles that provide information on each kind of PA special processing. Since each situation is different, these articles give you a good background on what each processing type does, and how it affects what you're trying to accomplish. Good luck
