Purchase Mgmt Window_Not Responding

Version 6.5.4 Sql Server 2005 / Window XP

I would like to know if anyone else has a "Not Responding" issue with the Purchase Management Window when selecting either "Vendor History" or "Vendor Comparison".
It seems to work just fine for Part History but that's all, so far.

Can anyone help, or is this an INFOR issue?
