W2 PA Locality Box 20 Override

I need to manually override a value that is populating on W2's box 20 Pennsylvania Locality Name. Value should be 2 digit number, but some employees is printing a 5 digit number. How can I override manually?

Did you try the PR11. You can override most info there

I did try to update on pr11.5, but having no luck...

Go to PR06 for the PA tax authority and then click on the Additional EIN button to go to PR69.2. You can enter the PA local override on the right side field on the applicable RE process level or Company.
