401k catchup contributions (eggtra)

Currently, we do the eggtra contributions outside of the benfit plan. Due to changes going into effect in 2016, we need to have the eggtra contributions tied to the 401k plan so the system will regulate when to stop contributions for the combined deposits.

If anyone is willing to sahre screen shots with directions, it would be a big help.
