Can someone explain what the PLAN-INFO column is used for in reference to performing an upload? Is it a required field?

Can someone explain what the HILIGHT column is used for in reference to performing an upload? Is it a required field?

I am having a problem on my Retiree Terms Uploads (BN72) where the upload is terming whatever benefit is displayed on the 1st row in the details section instead of terming the desired benefit (which may be on Line 2, or 3, or 4).

In troubleshooting, I want to understand how PLAN-INFO and HILIGHT are used.
