We have a process to approve all our personnel actions in PA52 and then we run our PA100 in report mode before we run in update mode.
Our compliance and audit officer asked us how do we prevent fraud if someone in our team runs a one off PA100 to increase an employee pay or processes a PA52 action in immediate without approval. we do have checks and balances and the HR105 audit report but it doesn't reflect if this was an approved change so its hard to catch.
Do you have any better way you track PA52 changes to make sure they are valid/Approved?
