I'm in the process of setting up the Initial Measurement Periods for the 1st time and I am confused with what I should use in the Hire Date Analysis range. Am I supposed to create a record for all employees or only those hired after a specific date? Can anyone assist? We are using a 12/2/12 for the initial and standard measurement period.
