BSI 10 Tax Locator
Is there anyone out there that has upgraded to the BSI 10 and uses the Tax Locator to help determine locals that are needed for an employee? We currently use tax locator and put in the employee's home and work address and click run. The reulsts let us know what is mapped and not mapped, which usually lets me know that there is a local I need to set up for an employee. I am finding that BSI 10 has different functionality and trying to get assistance has been like pulling teeth. I would appreciate any insight on how tax locator works now.
