Canadian Employees & Absence Management
Currently, our Canadian employees are paid from a third party vendor. In 2014, we will migrate those employees into our Lawson HR/Payroll system, with the goal to pay them from Lawson on 1/1/2015. A question has come up regarding Lawson's Absence Management module and can it handle set-up for Canadian vacation benefits (in particular those that are calculated based on pay, which I'm told is a provincial law).
Are there any Lawson clients using Absence Management with Canadian time off benefits/plans? Does Absence Management support the set-up and administration of Canadian time off plans?
