Auto-Paid with Overtime
pbuckley
Does anyone have any auto-paid employees set up as overtime eligible? If so, are you using PR30 to create auto-paid time records...or another method?

Not sure if this helps, but we have all our employees set up as PR30 records based on employee groups. We download these records each pay cycle w/PR134, putting in the Employee Grp. The hours are a fixed amount (80 b/w) & we key any differences such as leave hours, etc. Hourly OT eligible employees' overtime is calculated by running PR132 each pay cycle (we use this only as a double check), but I think you can run it in update. OT eligible employees are identified in HR11 on Pay tab, exempt flag N & pay plan.
