DataDictionary for Payroll/HRM on S3

We are new and I'm trying to find a data dictionary to help with some report writing/queries over our payroll and hr data that resides on the s3 side
I have spent hours searching on xtreme and can't find anything
Our Infor project manager said one doesn't exist
We are on version 10
Any insight would be appreciated

There isn't a documented data dictionary from Infor, however, there are several tools that will help you get what you're looking for. These are all command line tools that you would run from a LID prompt and output to a file or to a text editor for viewing.

dbdef - contains all of the database definition records (don't change anything). You can find database table names, fields, relationships with other tables, and index information here.

dburf - gives you a listing of the database tables updated and referenced by a Lawson screen (i.e. HR11)

dbdef - gives you a document describing all of the fields, relationships and indexes for a database table

You can also start with the technical text documents from version 9. There are technical text documents for each module. It won't have all of the same database items as version 10 but it would help get you started in a pinch.
