403B Match did not come out for CEO

The match did not come out for the CEO and one other employee. At the end of the year when I tried to run the BN102, it said there were no changes so I did not run anything for the plans. I believe this occurred because they both reached their max in the summertime and it should have re-started itself. Does anyone know what would happen if I ran the BN105 now after two pay periods? Last payperiod it would not let me run it with the effective date of 1/1/2016. Which date would I use?
