On Win 7 Query Results Change Pivot Table Structure !?

Hi - it's taken us a long time to get from XP to Win 7, but our power users notice that completing a query that is running in a workbook with other tabs that contain pivot tables results in the pivot table being changed. Often the first field in the Row Labels box (in the pivot table definition) ends up in the Column Labels box. Other things have been seen like changing font size. This happens during/completion of the query before they click "Refresh All."

I have recreated this on my PC but it's happening at least half the time when a power user runs these queries! Any one heard of that? Thx. DT
