Tuition Assistance and Reimbursement Tracking

We are looking to start tracking tuition assistance and reimbursement in Lawson.

We will need to track the following information:
Courses
Grades
Amount paid to college or university (Tuition Waiver)
Amount paid to student (Tuition Reimbursement)
Degree Program
Majors
College or University

The current HR Tuition team is using Mircosoft Access and each hospital is using a different version. Our goal is to use one system that would aid each hospital in tracking tuition efficently and effective across multiple facilities.

Is anyone tracking tuition in Lawson and the cost? If so, which screens are you using? What are good things about it? What are some flaws or errors that the team encountered?

No, I built a database to track it instead.

I had a consultant friend of mine who is a wizard at Lawson's Absence Management system come up with a mad-scientist design for tracking scholarship awards, tuition payments, reimbursements and workoff agreements for us. It ain't pretty, but it works! Let me know if you're interested and I'll see if I can dig up his original design document and my procedural documentation.
