PR160 - requiring Starting receipt 9.0.1 MSP 9

We have just applied MSP cyclicals to HR/Payroll app - went from 9.0.1.5 to 9.0.1.9. When trying to test the cyclical upgrade we are finding an issue on the PR160. Payroll user is running a manual cycle using the PR160 and it is requiring us to put in a Starting Receipt number - we aren't processing ACH deposits so I do not know why it asking for it. When we drill on the STarting Receipt box, it gives us a Status 500 error. Anyone else encountered this?
